How to Request My PAA Username and Password

If you cannot remember the username or password to your account, please perform the following steps:
  1. From the My PAA Login page select Log in or Sign up
  2. Select Forgot your username or password?
    • If requesting your username, enter your Email Address and select the Email My Username button
    • If requesting your password, enter your Username and select the Reset My Password button
  3. For each action, you will receive an automated email with the appropriate next steps
NOTE: If your account is disabled, you will not receive an email and will need to contact the PBGC Premium Customer Service via email at pbgc_premiums@custhelp.com
