How to Manage Roles & Invite New Team Members

As a Filing Coordinator, you will be able to add practitioners to plans and associate roles, as well as update current filing roles assigned to practitioners.
 
To add a new user to a plan:
  1. Navigate to your Plan List page
  2. Identify the Plan you wish to review or update in the list
  3. Select the View Plan Details link for the identified plan
  4. Select Manage Roles on the Plan Details page
  5. The Manage Plan Roles page will display, defaulting to filing team members that currently have at least one role assigned ('Currently Active'). This page allows the Filing Coordinator to update the Filing Teams permissions/roles and add New Team Members
  6. To modify the current roles for an existing filing team member, select the Update checkbox in their row on the page and then update the Yes/No question in the desired columns in that row
  7. If you set all roles for a Filing Team Member to 'No', they will no longer appear in the 'Currently Active' list of Team Members. They will appear if the page filter is updated from 'Currently Active' to 'All'
  8. If you wish to add roles to a team member that previously had their roles removed, update the Filter from 'Currently Active' to 'All' and update their roles, via the 'Update' checkbox, as needed
  9. To Add a New Team Member - Select 'Yes' for the 'Do you want to add a new team member' question and select Next
  10. The Add New Team Member page will display. To add a new team member, complete the following information, and select Next:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
  11. Select the Roles that should be granted. The options are Filing Coordinator, Plan Admin, Plan Admin Rep, Actuary, Filing Preparer, Payment Preparer, and Upload Preparer
  12. Select Submit
  13. Unless any errors occur, the team member will be added to the plan with the selected roles
  14. All role updates will be reflected when you return to the Manage Roles page for this plan
