How to Change Your Username

To change your Username, take the following steps:

Log into My PAA
From the Home Page, select the dropdown arrow where your username is in the upper right hand corner, and click on Account Settings
From the Account page enter a new Username and select Save Changes
- If the username selected is already in use, it must be changed
Changes will be saved
