How to Change a Secret Question or Answer

To change your My PAA Account's Secret Question and/or Answer, take the following steps:

Log into My PAA
From the Home Page, select the dropdown arrow where your username is in the upper right hand corner, and click on Account Settings
From the Account page scroll to the bottom of the page and select Update Secret Question and/or Answer
Update your secret question and/or answer and select Save Changes
Changes will be saved
