How to Upload an Attachment

To upload an attachment, take the following steps:
  1. Log into My PAA
  2. From the Home Page, select the Plan List, and select View Plan Details next to the Plan
  3. From the Plan Details page, select Filing Details next to the filing that the attachment will be associated with
  4. From the Filing Details page, select Choose File. 
  5. Attach the appropriate file, and select Upload to Filing
Note: Only PDF attachments are accepted
